What to Bring & How to Prepare
Please bring:
a yoga mat or camping mattress (to lie comfortably on a timber floor)
anything you need to feel cosy (bolster, cushion, blanket, sheepskin, etc.)
note: this location does not provide these items, so please bring what you need to allow you to drop into a relaxed statewater bottle, journal, pen
eye mask
Preparation tips:
Arrive rested, hydrated, and with light nourishment (not too full or too hungry)
Wear comfortable layers
Open your heart and intention to receive
